01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and sog138 ("sog138," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the sog138 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a sog138 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the sog138 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of sog138, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the sog138 Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.

sog138 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) sog138 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sog138 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering your sog138 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your sog138 login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify sog138 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your sog138 account, whether or not authorized by you.

sog138 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where sog138 has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, false, or misleading.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sog138 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). sog138 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• sog138 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the sog138 cashier page at the time of transaction.
• sog138 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond our control.
• Any funds deposited into your sog138 account that remain unused for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the sog138 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. sog138 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• sog138 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the decision of sog138's management shall be final and binding , subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
• sog138 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any game or market at its sole discretion, including imposing individual player betting limits.
• Winnings from bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus offer.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

sog138 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• sog138 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honored.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• sog138 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's betting patterns constitute bonus abuse.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sog138 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one sog138 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the sog138 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the sog138 Platform or the experience of other players.
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the sog138 Platform without prior written authorization.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the sog138 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of sog138 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sog138 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of sog138's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sog138 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the sog138 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond sog138's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content provided on the Platform.
• Losses arising from your participation in games or betting markets, which are inherently subject to chance.

sog138's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sog138 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

sog138 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• The sog138 Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above, in compliance with Philippine law.
• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods directly within their sog138 account settings.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal of a deposit transaction.
• At the request of the player, including for responsible gaming purposes.

Upon termination of your sog138 account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with sog138 informally by contacting our customer support team. sog138 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

13 Amendments to These Terms

sog138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sog138 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the sog138 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting sog138 customer support.
